Executive Search Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Recruiter to join our fast‑paced talent acquisition team in Dubai. You will independently manage senior‑level searches, build credibility with stakeholders, and source high‑calibre talent through targeted headhunting and market mapping.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive and senior‑level searches from briefing through to candidate delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Provide market insight and advise on talent availability, competitor activity, and realistic search strategies.
• Proactively identify and approach passive candidates via headhunting, referrals, networking, and market mapping.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of senior and specialist talent.
• Conduct detailed candidate interviews and prepare high‑quality shortlists and profiles.
• Manage candidates throughout the process, ensuring a professional and engaging experience.
• Identify challenges early, recommend practical solutions, and keep searches moving.
• Handle multiple assignments across different business areas while maintaining quality and urgency.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a recruitment agency or executive search firm.
• Proven track record delivering senior‑level or executive searches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with senior leaders.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong judgement with the ability to challenge, advise, and manage expectations professionally.
• Excellent candidate management and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment.
• Preferably experience recruiting within the Middle East and across multiple functions or industries.
