Executive Secretary – Finance Department (Temporary)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Executive Secretary to provide high‑level administrative and operational support to the Corporate Finance Department of an international firm in Abu Dhabi. This temporary position will ensure smooth departmental operations and act as a professional liaison for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements, and special events.
• Assist in preparing internal committee presentations and departmental reports.
• Maintain accurate records, manage databases, and conduct information‑gathering projects.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• Project a professional and positive image of the department in all interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of administrative experience, preferably within financial services or investment industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to multitask.
• High degree of professionalism, courtesy, and patience.
