About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Executive Sous Chef specializing in Greek cuisine to lead its fine‑dining kitchen. The role involves creating innovative menus, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, and driving a culture of excellence within a luxury resort setting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, high‑quality Greek menus using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
• Maintain the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene.
• Lead, manage and motivate a large culinary team, providing training and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, scheduling, inventory management and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Control food costs, reduce waste and assist in budgeting for the culinary department.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary role within fine‑dining or luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record managing Michelin‑star level restaurants.
• Experience leading large teams and overseeing high‑end culinary operations.
• Strong ability to work with brand partners on collaborative culinary projects.
