Executive Technology Services Specialist

About the role

The role provides dedicated, discreet, and proactive technology support to senior executives of a private investment group in Abu Dhabi. It ensures devices, applications, connectivity, meetings and collaboration tools are secure, reliable and ready for use.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary technology point of contact for designated executive offices, handling end‑to‑end issue resolution and device configuration across Windows, macOS, iOS/iPadOS and Android platforms.
• Maintain executive device readiness through updates, encryption, backups, migration, replacement and recovery, and apply security controls such as least‑privilege access and data protection.
• Prepare and validate technology for executive meetings, presentations and video conferences, conducting proactive readiness checks and troubleshooting Teams and meeting‑room equipment.
• Support Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MFA, device enrolment, compliance and endpoint security, and coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity and network teams to resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in executive technology support, endpoint engineering or digital workplace services.
• Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English and a proven track record supporting senior executives or high‑priority users.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, provide on‑call support and maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality.

• Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, MFA, endpoint management and security.
• Video‑conferencing and meeting‑room technology, especially Microsoft Teams.
• Wi‑Fi, VPN and general network troubleshooting.
