Executive - Tenant Relations

About the role

The Executive - Tenant Relations will be the primary liaison for all retail tenants within Dubai Holding Asset Management’s mall portfolio. This role ensures strong professional relationships, smooth administrative processes, and compliance with regulatory and lease requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all mall tenants, building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including tenant data accuracy, lease documentation, and compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Coordinate with technical, finance and operations teams to address maintenance, safety, billing and marketing requests.
• Conduct regular inspections, orientation meetings and tenant forums to ensure operational standards and enhance customer experience.
• Support rental collection, lease variations, and preparation of reports using Yardi and Salesforce data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years experience in retail or real‑estate management, mall operations or tenant relations, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
