Executive – Tenant Relations (Mall Operations)

About the role

The Executive – Tenant Relations will manage relationships with retail tenants in a major Dubai mall, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong professional relationships with retail tenants and coordinate major requirements.
• Ensure tenant compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, DHAM lease policies, and safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of tenant stores to verify merchandising, cleanliness, and safety.
• Handle tenant complaints, operational challenges, and escalation of maintenance issues.
• Prepare tenant correspondence, rent concession cases, and maintain up‑to‑date lease documentation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years experience in retail, real‑estate management, mall operations or tenant relations.
• Strong influencing, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent numerical, analytical and financial acumen.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Yardi property management system.
• Experience using POS and footfall analytics tools.
• Familiarity with RAFs reporting.
