Experience Designer

About the role

DXC Technology is looking for an Experience Designer to lead human‑centred design across end‑to‑end services and digital products within a major digital transformation programme. You will translate user research into accessible, implementable experiences that align user needs, business processes and platform capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct user research, including interviews, contextual inquiry and usability testing, and turn findings into actionable insights.
• Develop personas, end‑to‑end journeys, service blueprints, information architecture and experience principles for portals, mobile interfaces and assisted‑service touchpoints.
• Facilitate co‑design workshops and design sprints, create wireframes and interactive prototypes, and produce design‑system components with implementation specifications.
• Apply accessibility and inclusive design standards across Arabic and English experiences, ensuring right‑to‑left and left‑to‑right layouts work seamlessly.
• Collaborate with product, platform and engineering teams to ensure designs are feasible, maintain traceability between research and design decisions, and review implementations for quality.
• Use user feedback, usability findings and product analytics to continuously improve live experiences and define experience metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in experience design, service design, UX design or a related discipline, with a strong portfolio covering research, journeys, blueprints, IA, prototyping and measurable post‑launch improvements.
• Degree in Design, HCI, Service Design, Psychology or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, tell compelling stories and engage stakeholders across business, change, technical and delivery teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
• Practical knowledge of accessibility, inclusive design and multilingual considerations (Arabic & English).
• Experience with product analytics to measure and improve user experiences.
