Experience Management & Workforce Planning Specialist (Consulting) - Supervising Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Supervising Associate to join the Experience Management (EXM) team. The role is responsible for workforce planning, resource deployment, utilization management, and supporting talent development across the business, with a focus on developing young GCC nationals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage resource allocation and deployment to meet business and client needs.
• Monitor utilization, capacity, and workforce availability, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with engagement leaders and talent teams on staffing decisions and workforce planning.
• Prepare utilization, capacity, and resource management reports and analyses.
• Support employee development by aligning staffing decisions with learning and career growth opportunities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on resource planning and workforce optimization.
• Manage onboarding, deployment, and development of fresh graduates under the National Development Program.
• Track learning milestones, performance feedback, and career progression of national talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, management, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or talent management, preferably in professional services.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with graduate development programs is an advantage.
