Experienced Diver for Marine Construction Projects

About the role

AECOM is seeking an experienced commercial diver to support marine construction and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves conducting underwater inspections, supporting construction activities, and ensuring safety compliance on site.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out underwater inspections of structures such as piles, revetments, seawalls, and quay walls.
• Support underwater construction tasks including rock placement and installation of marine protection works.
• Prepare daily diving reports with photographs and video records.
• Coordinate with marine engineers, geotechnical engineers, surveyors, contractors and the diving team.

Required profile

• Commercial diving qualification and certification.
• Proven experience in commercial diving and underwater inspection.
• Experience on marine construction or infrastructure projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
