Experienced Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Agroshipping LLC is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to support its diverse shipping, logistics and freight forwarding operations across the Arabian Gulf. The role involves managing customer jobs, customs clearance, and coordinating transportation while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Open new jobs for cash and credit customers and assist with customs clearance and processing customs bills.
• Handle interactions with shipping lines, airlines and other freight management companies.
• Maintain an acknowledgement register for invoices delivered to customers.
• Generate business leads and develop opportunities for company services.
• Obtain approvals for opening jobs under cash accounts.
• Arrange transportation and follow‑up on shipments.
• Update job records with costs and provisions.
• Generate invoices for customers upon job completion.
• Prepare payment requests for supplier and vendor invoices.
• Adhere to company policies and code of conduct.

Required profile

• Valid UAE driver’s license.
• Knowledge of UAE customs regulations and procedures.
• Prior sales or business development experience in logistics or freight forwarding (preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a freight forwarding company based in the UAE.
• Strong communication skills in English.
