About the role

Binayah Properties is seeking an experienced Real Estate Agent to join its Dubai team. You will work with a trusted brand that has been active in the UAE market since 2007, handling premium property listings and leveraging advanced AI tools to maximise efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for property sales and leasing.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms and close transactions.
• Provide consultancy and market insights to clients.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with marketing and administrative teams to ensure seamless deal processing.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• RERA licence (ORN 1162) or equivalent certification.
• Ambitious mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
