Export Sales Marketing Manager

About the role

The Export Sales Marketing Manager will lead the sales and marketing teams to expand a premium lubricants brand across global export markets. You will be responsible for distributor management, market promotion and achieving ambitious sales targets in regions such as Africa, CIS, the Middle East, the Americas and Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Guide and support the sales and marketing team to meet business objectives.
• Assign, monitor and develop distributors across multiple regions.
• Drive sales efforts to achieve annual volume targets and lay groundwork for strategic growth.
• Promote grease and lubricant products in target markets to maximise sales.
• Identify new business leads, negotiate and close deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with major customers and distributors.
• Oversee the establishment and management of regional sales offices.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and present performance insights.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve existing products and develop new ones.
• Manage debt collection and credit limits to protect cash flow.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows and technical seminars.
• Handle customer complaints in coordination with technical support.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales and marketing, preferably in the lubricants or chemicals sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor networks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures and regions.
