Fabricator – Metal Component Production

About the role

HRM Recruitment LLC is looking for skilled Fabricators to join client projects in Dubai. The position involves producing, assembling and finishing metal components according to approved drawings, measurements and safety standards. The role supports manpower deployment and project execution, ensuring high‑quality metal components are delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, measurements and work instructions.
• Measure, mark, cut, shape, fit and assemble metal materials using hand and power tools.
• Prepare components for welding, installation, finishing or inspection.
• Check dimensions, alignment, joints and surface quality throughout the fabrication process.
• Maintain tools, equipment and a clean, organized work area.
• Report material shortages, equipment issues, defects and progress updates promptly.
• Maintain compliance with workshop safety and personal protective equipment standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines.

Required profile

• Practical experience in metal, structural or steel fabrication.
• Ability to read basic fabrication drawings, sketches and layouts.
• Strong attention to detail, physical stamina and reliability.
• Team‑player comfortable working in a multicultural project environment.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and meet production deadlines.

Required skills

• Metal and structural fabrication techniques.
• Use of measuring, marking, cutting, grinding, drilling and assembly tools.
• Inspection tools such as tape measures, verniers, squares and levels.
