Facade Design Draftsman (Dubai)

About the role

Meraki Group is looking for a dedicated and innovative Facade Design Draftsman to join its design team in Dubai. The role involves creating detailed design plans and specifications for high‑quality façade systems while collaborating closely with architects and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop accurate 2D and 3D façade drawings using CAD software.
• Integrate architectural, structural and MEP inputs into façade designs.
• Translate project requirements into effective design solutions.
• Deliver design presentations and provide technical support to project teams and clients.
• Maintain organized project documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest façade design technologies and materials.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in façade design drafting within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or similar software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials and building regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
