Facade QA/QC Engineer (Junior to Senior)

About the role

Meraki Group is looking for a dedicated Facade QA/QC Engineer to join its quality assurance team in Dubai. The role focuses on ensuring that all façade installations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance throughout the construction process.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes specific to façade systems.
• Conduct inspections of façade materials and assemblies to verify compliance with project specifications.
• Review and approve method statements and inspection test plans (ITPs) related to façade installation.
• Coordinate and supervise site activities, including material delivery inspections and installation checks.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of inspections, tests, and quality reports.
• Identify non‑conformities and work with subcontractors and the project team to develop corrective action plans.
• Maintain up‑to‑date quality documentation and act as a liaison between project management, contractors, and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance/control in façade construction.
• Strong understanding of façade materials, construction methodologies, and relevant building codes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
