Facilities Management & Administration Specialist

About the role

The FM&A Specialist manages and coordinates all Facilities Management and Administration operations at the ADIB Center of Excellence in Al Ain. As the primary FM&A representative at the site, the role covers facilities, workplace services, general services, hospitality, parking, logistics, health and safety compliance, vendor and maintenance management, space management and administrative support, while supporting governance, reporting, cost control and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facilities operations, including preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance of building systems, equipment and infrastructure
• Monitor FM service providers and contractors, resolve service tickets and complaints, and conduct regular facility inspections
• Coordinate office moves, furniture arrangements and space utilization, and support business continuity and workplace readiness
• Manage general services such as housekeeping, pantry, stationery, courier and document handling, and coordinate visitor management and parking allocation
• Oversee hospitality services for meetings, training, workshops and events, including meeting room booking, AV setup and reception support
• Support onboarding, logistics and asset relocation, and act as the main focal point for FM&A requests
• Promote a customer-centric culture, drive continuous improvement, support digitalization and automation projects, and recommend process improvements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline
• Fresh graduate or 1-3 years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration, Workplace Services, Property Management or a related field
