Facilities Management Supervisor (Male Preferred)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day operations of building services and maintenance in Abu Dhabi. The role ensures all preventive and corrective tasks are performed efficiently, meeting both company standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily facilities management and maintenance activities across MEP, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil and general works.
• Allocate tasks to technicians, monitor progress and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identify safety or maintenance issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor performance of technicians and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with HSE, quality and SOPs.
• Maintain daily reports, checklists, work orders and maintenance records.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
• Support the FM Manager in achieving operational and service delivery targets.

Required profile

• Diploma/Degree or technical qualification in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance, preferably in the UAE.
• Previous experience supervising technicians or maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of MEP systems and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Strong communication, coordination and time‑management abilities.
