Facilities Management Technician Positions – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Imdaad is seeking experienced technicians to join its facilities management team in Abu Dhabi. The open positions include AC Technician, Plumber, Electromechanical Technician, BMS Technician and MEP Technician. These roles are full‑time and focus on maintaining and optimizing building services across the company’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC, plumbing and electromechanical systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform corrective actions on building management and MEP equipment.
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to support project installations and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate service records and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the UAE.
• Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality service.

Required skills

• HVAC systems operation and maintenance.
• Plumbing system installation and repair.
• Electromechanical troubleshooting.
• Building Management System (BMS) monitoring.
• MEP coordination and maintenance.
