Facility Executive – Healthcare Operations

About the role

Orchid Fertility is seeking a Facility Executive to oversee day‑to‑day operations of its Dubai clinic. The role covers maintenance, infrastructure management, vendor coordination, AMC oversight and comprehensive facility documentation while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, ensuring that preventive maintenance schedules are executed and corrective actions are promptly addressed to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate regular inspections, enforce safety protocols, and guarantee compliance with Joint Commission International (JCI), Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and other UAE regulatory standards.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors, negotiate service agreements, and supervise annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) to maintain optimal infrastructure performance.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of UAE experience in healthcare facility management, preferably within hospitals, clinics, day‑surgery units or IVF centres.
• Demonstrated understanding of JCI, DHA and UAE government regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience managing AMCs, preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, multiple vendors and comprehensive facility documentation.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving licence and current residency in the UAE.
• Strong coordination and communication skills; ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
