Facility Executive – Healthcare Operations

About the role

Health Bay Clinics is expanding its team in Dubai and seeks an experienced Facility Executive to oversee the day‑to‑day operations and maintenance of its clinic facilities. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily healthcare facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility‑related requirements.
• Monitor maintenance work, follow up on pending issues, and maintain operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Maintain facility records, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote a safe and efficient environment.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of UAE healthcare experience.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility operations and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with DHA regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in vendor coordination and facility management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
