About the role
A leading woodwork and joinery factory in Dubai is seeking a highly organized Factory Administrator to manage day‑to‑day administrative functions at its production facility.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain production records, job orders, and project documentation.
- Prepare purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations and administrative reports.
- Track employee attendance, overtime, leave records and factory schedules.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients and internal departments, ensuring accurate material, inventory and delivery records.
- Provide administrative support to the Production Manager and management team.
Required profile
- Previous administration experience in a factory or production environment.
- Experience in woodwork, joinery, furniture or fit‑out is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication and follow‑up abilities.
- Good written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Must currently be based in Dubai.
