About the role
Our client, an established UAE fragrance brand, is building a new perfume manufacturing facility in Umm Al Quwain and is looking for a Factory Manager to lead the plant from setup to full production.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete plant setup, production planning and launch of the perfume line.
- Manage quality control, GMP/ISO compliance and batch documentation.
- Build and lead a shop‑floor team from day one, ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in perfume or fragrance manufacturing (non‑negotiable).
- Hands‑on knowledge of blending, maceration, filling and packaging lines.
- Track record in plant setup, production planning and adherence to QC, GMP/ISO standards.
