Factory Worker / Helper

About the role

Ameeri Industries W.L.L. is looking for hardworking and reliable General Workers / Helpers to support daily factory operations. Successful candidates will assist the production team, keep the factory clean and safe, and carry out general factory duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities

• Assist production staff and machine operators with daily manufacturing activities.
• Load, unload, move and organise raw materials and finished products.
• Support packing, labelling and stacking of finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the factory and workstations.
• Use basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Follow supervisors' instructions and company procedures.
• Assist with material handling and warehouse activities when required.
• Comply with health, safety and PPE requirements.

Required profile

• High school education or equivalent is preferred; no technical qualification is required, as training will be provided.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Willing to work overtime and shifts when required.
• Team player with a positive attitude, punctuality and reliability.
