Factory Worker – Sweets, Chocolate, Biscuits & Cakes

About the role

Al Afrah Groups is seeking diligent factory workers to join its confectionery production line in Al Bahya, Ajman. The role involves handling a variety of sweet products including chocolates, biscuits and cakes, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, mold, decorate and pack sweets, chocolates, biscuits and cakes.
• Label, arrange and store finished products according to specifications.
• Maintain product quality and strict hygiene standards throughout the process.
• Keep the work area, equipment and utensils clean and sanitized at all times.
• Assist in different production sections as required and follow food safety procedures.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.

Required profile

• Hardworking, responsible and motivated attitude.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety procedures.
• Willingness to support various production sections as needed.
