FandB Service Expert

About the role

The F&B Service Expert will join the Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa team to deliver memorable dining experiences for guests in a luxury desert setting. You will be the front‑line ambassador, ensuring every meal service reflects the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange tables, linens, and service stations according to resort standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service equipment, and workstations throughout the shift.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking of service supplies, and reporting any issues to supervisors.

Required profile

• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a close‑knit team.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a resort or high‑end hotel.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
