Farm Manager – Multi‑Site Agricultural Operations

About the role

A private farming institution in the UAE is looking for a hands‑on Farm Manager to lead daily operations across multiple farms covering dates, olives, livestock, beekeeping and a greenhouse. The role is suited to a mid‑career professional who can take full ownership of planning, execution and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day‑to‑day activities across five date farms, three fruit/vegetable farms, a livestock farm, three bee farms and a greenhouse.
• Plan and execute planting, harvesting, irrigation, feeding and maintenance schedules to ensure consistent operational standards.
• Supervise farm workers across all sites, allocate tasks, monitor performance and maintain a safe, organized environment.
• Oversee crop health, animal welfare and beehive productivity, including pest control, fertilisation, irrigation and basic veterinary practices.
• Manage farm machinery, equipment maintenance, inputs (water, feed, supplies) and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate records, track KPIs and use digital farm management systems for data‑driven decisions.
• Identify and implement productivity, efficiency and sustainability improvements, including digital or AI‑supported solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, Animal Science or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant farm management or supervisory experience.
• Practical experience with olives or date palms and mandatory beekeeping experience.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑site operations independently.
• Strong organisational, coordination and problem‑solving skills.
