Fashion Consultant for Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking motivated Fashion Consultants to join our new Maison Margiela store in Mall of the Emirates, Dubai. You will drive sales while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting key customer initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales targets and deliver outstanding guest service.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data to inform business reviews.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and ensure accurate customer data capture.
• Support in‑store marketing events, activations and omni‑channel client relationships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and adhere to SOPs.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic or Russian.
• Experience in luxury retail, CRM, and personalized customer service.
