About the role
Join Chalhoub Group as a Fashion Consultant at Level Shoes in Dubai Mall, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales targets and supporting key in‑store initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve individual and collective sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers to inform business reviews.
- Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach and promote the loyalty program (MUSE).
- Support in‑store marketing events, activations and CX initiatives, ensuring adherence to visual‑merchandising guidelines and SOPs.
- Maintain accurate customer data, manage click‑and‑collect processes within SLA, and stay updated on brand social media campaigns.
