Fashion Consultant – The Deal (Part‑Time, Emiratisation)

About the role

As a Fashion Consultant for The Deal at Dubai Outlet Mall, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales in a luxury retail environment. The role focuses on omni‑channel client relationships, data collection, and supporting in‑store marketing initiatives. It is a part‑time position aimed at Emiratisation candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while ensuring a superior guest experience.
• Collect and analyse customer behaviour data, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Support CRM, CX and loyalty programme (MUSE) implementation and ensure accurate customer data capture.
• Maintain click‑and‑collect service within SLA and adhere to VM guidelines and SOPs.
• Assist with in‑store marketing events, activations and stay updated on brand social media campaigns.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Eligibility for the Emiratisation programme.
