Fashion Partner Business Performance & Operations Manager

About the role

As Fashion Partner Business Performance & Operations Manager, you will support the execution of retail projects, operational initiatives and boutique opening projects across the Fashion Partner boutique network in the Middle East. Working closely with the Fashion Retail Partner Manager, who holds overall strategic and business accountability for the network, you will turn priorities into structured action plans and act as a key link between partner boutiques and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor boutique performance indicators and turn business priorities into structured follow-up and execution plans
• Consolidate business information, dashboards and performance reviews to support management decisions, and follow up on agreed action plans
• Support the identification of business opportunities and areas needing operational support
• Coordinate retail initiatives and operational projects, roll out new tools and processes, and manage project timelines and stakeholder follow-up
• Identify and escalate project risks, delays and operational issues
• Act as a coordination point between boutiques and internal departments, facilitate communication, and coordinate market visits, business reviews and boutique meetings
• Lead new boutique opening projects, including retro-planning, training, visual merchandising, tools, logistics and set-up, and partner with the Retail team on partner-team readiness

Required profile

• At least five years of relevant experience in retail, operations, project coordination and/or the luxury industry
• Strong organisational, planning and project-management capabilities, able to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, working across functions and with external partners
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Availability to be based in Dubai, with occasional travel across the Middle East
