About the role
We are seeking a Fast Food Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high standards of service, and drive overall performance in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, supervise and motivate the team, handling scheduling and performance management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene and safety.
- Monitor sales, costs, inventory, wastage and overall restaurant performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and food safety regulations.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor staff productivity and provide training and coaching as required.
- Coordinate kitchen and front‑of‑house teams during peak hours.
- Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving and minimise waste.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent English.
