About the role
The F&B Attendant is the front‑line hospitality ambassador at Anantara Downtown Dubai, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests in all food and beverage outlets. You will play a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction through high‑quality service and a safe, hygienic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure timely and efficient operation of food and beverage outlets.
- Provide prompt, courteous service and act as a key influencing factor in guest satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge of menus, beverages, services and resort facilities.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic work area and uphold guest privacy rights.
- Continuously develop professional skills to enhance guest experience.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
- Fluent English speaking.
