About the role
Anantara Downtown Dubai, part of the Minor Hotels portfolio, is a luxury resort inspired by Thai culture. The property seeks a friendly and service‑driven F&B Attendant who will act as a hospitality ambassador, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests across its food and beverage outlets.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure the timely and efficient operation of restaurants, bars and other F&B venues.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, beverages, services and resort facilities to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Uphold a safe, hygienic work environment and respect guest privacy at all times.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service and a strong team‑player attitude.
- Fluent English communication skills.
