About the role
The F&B Captain plays a pivotal part in creating memorable dining experiences for guests at our Myami and Bal Harbour venues. You will lead service delivery, ensure high standards of food presentation, and act as a liaison between guests and the kitchen to guarantee satisfaction throughout the meal.
Key responsibilities
- Setting tables and ensuring proper presentation.
- Communicating orders with the kitchen staff.
- Interacting with and serving guests throughout their dining experience.
- Cleaning work areas and maintaining supplies.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Maintaining professional appearance and uniform standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food and beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
