F&B Concept Design Specialist

About the role

Join Emirates' Service Delivery team to shape onboard food and beverage experiences through innovative concept creation, aesthetic direction, and strong brand alignment. You will translate creative ideas into scalable, operationally feasible solutions that enhance the guest journey across the global catering network.

Key responsibilities

• Create guest‑centric food and beverage concepts, focusing on beverage innovation and brand consistency.
• Leverage market insights, global trends, cultural influences and seasonal availability to refresh offerings.
• Support end‑to‑end menu development and onboard activations, ensuring integration between culinary, beverage and brand initiatives.
• Establish presentation standards for plating, beverage styling, packaging design and service rituals.
• Develop creative briefs, brand guidelines and visual standards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Corporate Communications, Marketing & Branding on packaging, artwork, seasonal menus and photoshoots.
• Conduct product tastings, sample reviews and quality audits, recommending corrective actions.
• Monitor performance through feedback and operational data, driving continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree or Honours qualification in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Food Design, Product Design, Food Science, Experience Design or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inflight service, catering, food & beverage product development or experience design.
• WSET Level 2 qualification (strongly preferred) and mixology experience (highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end F&B operations, quality standards, supplier management and regulatory requirements.
