F&B Customer Sales Agent – Hospitality Sales

About the role

The F&B Customer Sales Agent will drive food and beverage sales at Shangri‑La Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi, delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will actively engage with guests, promote menu offerings and maximize revenue opportunities while coordinating with operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and promote food and beverage products to increase sales and revenue.
• Recommend menu items, special promotions and upsell based on guest preferences.
• Build strong guest relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Coordinate with restaurant, kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Monitor guest feedback and contribute ideas to improve service quality and commercial performance.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑engagement abilities with influence on purchasing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with passion for hospitality and service excellence.
• Ability to meet sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Experience in upselling, guest engagement and achieving sales targets is preferred.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of food and beverage products, menu presentation and upselling techniques.
