F&B Fit-Out Project Manager

About the role

The F&B Fit-Out Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of restaurant fit‑out projects for a fast‑growing hospitality group. You will oversee design development, pre‑construction, execution, testing, commissioning and final handover, ensuring each project meets budget, schedule and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage restaurant fit‑out projects from concept through opening, maintaining detailed programmes, milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, landlords and internal stakeholders to achieve scope, budget, quality and timeline targets.
• Identify risks, delays and dependencies; develop mitigation and recovery plans.
• Provide regular progress reports highlighting milestones, risks and required decisions.
• Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, kitchen, lighting, signage and technical drawings to ensure constructability and brand compliance.
• Handle design changes, RFIs, technical submissions, material approvals and shop drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Strong experience in F&B and restaurant fit‑outs, including commercial kitchens and MEP systems.
• Proven ability to obtain authority approvals and meet landlord requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced opening programmes.
