F&B Manager - Customer Development

About the role

The F&B Manager – Customer Development will lead the daily operations of assigned food‑and‑beverage outlets, ensuring high service standards, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with production, finance and senior leadership to drive revenue and maintain quality across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, monitoring service standards, food costs, wastage and productivity.
• Drive sales performance by allocating responsibilities, tracking team output and identifying revenue‑maximising opportunities.
• Coordinate menu planning and execution with the production department to guarantee consistent, high‑quality food delivery.
• Recommend new menus, pricing and product rotations in line with budgets and profitability goals.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to food quality or service, implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections of outlets to ensure compliance with quality, presentation and service standards.
• Participate in preparing annual CAPEX and staffing budgets based on operational forecasts.
• Manage staffing, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to hygiene, safety and ISO standards.
• Coordinate ordering and replacement of materials to support uninterrupted operations and cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience in luxury hotel or stand‑alone restaurant environments.
