About the role
Hotel Indigo Dubai Downtown, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is hiring a full-time F&B Server. The role covers both restaurant service and in-room dining, where you guide guests through a locally inspired menu or deliver meals to their rooms with warmth and care.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests at their table and guide them through the locally inspired menu
- Take orders confidently and serve with style
- Deliver in-room meals on time, keeping presentation and timing perfect
- Keep your station polished and anticipate guests' needs before they ask
- Work closely with your team, whether on the restaurant floor or behind the scenes delivering to rooms
Required profile
- At least one year of experience in a similar F&B role, ideally in a lifestyle hotel setting
- Confident, upbeat and genuinely enjoys making people feel seen and cared for
- Good sense of timing, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure
