F&B Server – Russian Speaker (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food & Beverage Server who can communicate fluently in Russian to provide exceptional service to our guests at Fairmont Ajman.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge guests in a warm, professional manner.
• Provide personalized food and beverage service throughout the guest experience.
• Communicate confidently with Russian‑speaking guests, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Present menus, explain offerings and make recommendations.
• Take and accurately process orders, ensuring special requests and dietary requirements are relayed.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently according to service standards.
• Maintain clean, organized tables, service areas and equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including mise‑en‑place and replenishment.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding and other departments for smooth service.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a food and beverage operation, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality qualification is an advantage.
• Fluent Russian language skills (required) and good command of English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a guest‑focused attitude.
• Professional appearance, grooming standards and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
