F&B Server – Vista Restaurant & Terrace

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Server to join the Vista Restaurant and Terrace team at InterContinental Dubai Festival City. In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, delivering warm, attentive service to guests in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service following standard operating procedures.
• Clear and set up tables, ensuring a tidy dining area.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle and log any guest complaints, aiming for resolution during the shift.
• Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of service equipment and side stations.
• Monitor stock levels and follow security procedures.
• Report damaged or defective equipment to the manager.
