About the role
The Guest Service Expert at The Ritz‑Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal creates memorable dining experiences by delivering attentive food and beverage service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and enjoyable meal.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, arrange settings, and maintain a clean dining environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Clean work areas and supplies, and ensure all service stations are stocked.
- Read and verify menu information, assisting guests with menu choices.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience in food and beverage service.
- No supervisory experience required.
