F&B Service Expert – Al Hamra, Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

As an F&B Service Expert at Al Hamra, Ritz‑Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, you will create memorable dining experiences for guests by delivering attentive, high‑quality food and beverage service. The role combines table setting, guest interaction, coordination with the kitchen and maintaining a clean, safe service environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensure proper presentation, verify table settings and linens are ready for each guest.
• Communicate guest orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen staff, confirming details to avoid errors.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, attend to guest needs throughout the meal, and respond to any additional requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑safety standards, including regular sanitation of surfaces.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking on sloping or uneven surfaces, and lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
• Uphold quality standards, adhere to uniform and personal appearance guidelines, and ensure a safe workplace for yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating basic education.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience, showing willingness to learn.
• No prior supervisory experience required, focusing on individual contribution.
• Ability to work safely, follow company policies, and present a professional appearance at all times.
