About the role
The F&B Service Expert Apprentice supports the Guest Service team in delivering memorable dining experiences at W Hotels Abu Dhabi. You will assist with table setup, order communication, guest interaction, and maintaining clean work areas, ensuring every meal feels part of a unique hospitality journey. This role combines hands‑on service with a focus on safety, quality standards and professional presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure dining areas are clean and well‑stocked.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests promptly.
- Interact with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies and quality standards.
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying and moving items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
- Clean work areas and replenish supplies throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
