About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests, ensuring food and beverage service is seamless and enjoyable. This role involves setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, ensuring proper presentation for guests.
- Communicate orders and special requests with the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages, interact with guests, and address their needs promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, supplies, and service stations.
- Handle menu verification, read and confirm items accurately.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unassisted and up to 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- Ability to speak Arabic fluently.
- No supervisory experience required.
