F&B Service Expert (Arabic Speaker) – Splash Pool Bar

About the role

Our Guest Service Experts at the Splash Pool Bar take the initiative to deliver a memorable dining experience for guests, combining food, drinks, and exceptional service. You will be responsible for ensuring every interaction feels part of the overall experience, from setting the scene to final bill.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, maintain a clean and inviting service area.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate with fellow team members.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest requests promptly.
• Maintain the pool bar’s menu, read and verify items, and ensure correct presentation.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 25 lb unaided, 50 lb with assistance), and navigating sloping or slippery surfaces safely.
• Clean workstations, replenish supplies, and adhere to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
