About the role
Our Guest Service Experts at the Ari Pool Bar create memorable dining experiences that go beyond simply serving food. They take initiative to ensure every guest enjoys their meal in a safe, welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set and arrange tables, maintain clean work areas, and restock supplies.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Interact with guests, respond to their needs, and ensure a high level of service throughout their visit.
- Uphold safety standards, follow company policies, and maintain professional uniform and appearance.
- Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, walking on uneven surfaces, and lifting items up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
- No prior supervisory experience required.
- Ability to work on your feet, move across sloping or slippery surfaces, and handle physical lifting requirements.
