F&B Service Expert – Azura

About the role

Join the St. Regis Abu Dhabi team as an F&B Service Expert for the Azura venue. You will be part of a luxury hotel environment that blends authentic Arabian hospitality with the brand’s century‑long tradition of bespoke service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guest food and beverage requests promptly, delivering items from kitchen or bar with accuracy.
• Set up, clear, and clean tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware and silverware in an unobtrusive manner.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables, present menus, and provide detailed information on portions, ingredients and allergens.
• Inform guests of daily specials, make menu recommendations, and up‑sell additional products when appropriate.
• Take accurate orders using the POS ordering software and verify age for alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate order details to the kitchen, ensure hot foods remain hot and cold foods stay cold.
• Assist in stocking and breaking down buffets, food stations, and service items.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dishes and kitchenware, reporting any issues.
• Work collaboratively with co‑workers and supervisors, responding urgently to guest concerns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in food and beverage service within a luxury hotel environment.
• Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is preferred.
