About the role
Our Guest Service Experts create memorable dining experiences for guests, handling everything from table setup to serving and maintaining clean work areas. The role requires proactive service, adherence to safety and quality standards, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and ensure proper dining setup.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and serve guests.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and supplies.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lb unaided and 50 lb with assistance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
