About the role
The F&B Service Expert will create memorable breakfast and brunch experiences for guests at The Ritz‑Carlton in Dubai. You will be responsible for setting the scene, serving guests, and ensuring every interaction feels part of a seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Set and clear tables, maintain clean work areas, and ensure supplies are stocked.
- Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen team.
- Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to guest needs promptly.
- Follow safety, quality, and uniform standards while moving, standing, and lifting items up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance).
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food‑and‑beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required; ability to work effectively in a team.
